| Reliving stupid things? |

Alright so apparently this year I've found a way to revive things that I used to do in years past. This includes my deviant art account, drawing, teaching (it is my major now..), and now live journal. Go figure. Perhaps I'm going through a pseudo midlife crisis. Who knows. Regardless in order to break new ground for my art and what not I was thinking of buying a tablet. Unfortunately of course, they are obscenely expensive and anything remotely cheap I have this bad feeling is going to explode and remove my face (not literally but if it breaks soon after I get it or doesn't work well, I will remove my own face).
I found this on amazon which is an 8x6 tablet for 50 bucks. I also probably need a full edition of photoshop (being that I only have elements which is a shitty and expensive way of giving me barebones to work with,) but I can probably torrent that bitch up. Anyways was looking for some kind of input on the tablet being that my knowledge of them is fairly limited.

am i the only person who thinks that its wrong for an article written about thai hookers is directed at the rich people who abuse it rather than to discuss how its tragicly sad that people sell their bodies as the only means for them to support themselves and their family? granted that the news source is not of the highest grain, but nonetheless, this is an article telling whitey to watch out for them sneaky slanty eyed asians who they pay 10 bucks for a good time.
and aside from the fact that this is just ridiculous asian fantasy, who fucking cares that a multi millionare got killed by an asian hooker who he retardedly decided to pick up at a bar, marry, bring back to europe, and then go ahead and completely relocated back to asia with. he's fucking stupid. first off, if you're going to pick up a hooker, YOU DON'T MARRY HER. this is not pretty woman, hookers generally don't care about their clients. second, you don't bring her home, and you don't move for her. she's a fucking hooker. if you think that it's a good idea to relocate your multi million dollar ass to third world country and think that you're going to be safe, YOU'RE RETARDED.
from the asian perspective, no one fucking cares about asian and its ridiculous. and this is just another stupid fucking example. you know the movie ong bak or any of the UFC fighters who utalize Muay Thai as their form of choice? fun to watch, but no one cares that in thailand, children are muay thai fighters as young as ten years old because their families need money for basic need stuff. and these fighters are completely expendable, no one gives a damn about them as people, if one of them breaks a leg or is unable to fight, he is simply passed over and the family loses its only means of survival. the whole thai hooker thing is exactly the same. american and european jackasses decide that its ok to exploit the economic condition of another country because hey, i get to have some cheap asian pussy. and its not even like it can at all be justified as giving people jobs or giving money to the poor, because i'm willing to bet that an underaged asian girl who speaks little to no english is going to be able to bargain or enforce that they get paid for what they do.

it just makes me so angry that the acomplishments of all of asian culture has been reduced to kung fu, cheap food, and academics. and even with regards to those three things, the depth of understanding them is superficial at best.
on holloween i'm just going to go around dressed like normal and tell people i'm bruce lee in the yakuza while watching out for my sneaky ninja friends who are bringing in asian hookers who all have avian bird flu and if they say anything about it to anyone i will kill them with chopsticks thrown at precise locations decided by quick mathamatical calculations and then i will cook their dog and serve it at my resturant which is also a laundromat. |
